Spiralized zucchini, beets, & apples with a spicy almond sauce

One green zucchini

One yellow zucchini

One beat root

One green apple

 

Spicy almond butter sauce:

2 tablespoon almond butter (no sugar, no salt added)

A dash of soy sauce (organic non gmo)

1/4 cup dijon balsamic vinaigrette

Champagne vinaigrette

A pinch of salt

A dash of black pepper

A pinch of Cayanne pepper

 

Method:

Add two tablespoon almond butter, a dash of soy sauce, a quarter cup Dijon balsamic vinaigrette two tablespoon champagne vinaigrette, a pinch of salt, a dash of black pepper, a pinch of cayenne pepper and add a little water and simmer for 5 minutes, then serve.
