Figs & Berry Salad with Grilled Chicken Breast

Four servings ingredients;

Four chicken breast

Black pepper

Garlic salt

Olive oil

Fresh Baby arugula & spring green

Dry Figs

Black berries

Blue berries

Strawberries

Caramelize walnuts

Champagne vinaigrette

Method:

Season chicken breast with black pepper, garlic salt and olive oil lightly.

Grill chicken breast for no longer than 10 minutes. Let the chicken breast rest so the juices can redistribute. Slice and serve.

Cut figs into small pieces and mix dry figs with salad n salad dressing so the fig can re-hydrate.

 

Plate salad then add berries and nuts, then top with grill chicken breast.
