Curry coconut steam vegetables with zucchini noodles

Ingredients: Half of small Cabbage 1 cup of Cauliflower Florets - cut in wedges 1 cup Broccoli Florets 3/4 cup of sliced Carrots Two handful of spinach A few stems of thyme 1/2 onion sliced 3 stalks of scallion 3 to 5 cloves of garlic One can coconut milk Herbs de province - sprinkle evenly All seasoning salt - sprinkle evenly Curry powder - sprinkle evenly Black pepper- sprinkle evenly Turmeric - sprinkle evenly Salt to taste One yellow & one green Zucchini (spiralized) Method: Empty one can coconut milk in pot Add onion, scallion, thyme & press garlic. Also add all the seasoning listed. Cover and allow to cook. After the seasoning is cooked add vegetables, allow to steam for a few minutes. Don't over cook, the vegetables should have their nice vibrant color.
