Kalamata Aioli Dip with Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients: 1 clove garlic, finely minced 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted 2 tablespoons roasted garlic 2 cups vegannaise or mayonnaise 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed salt to taste

 

In a food processor pulse roasted garlic & olives until they are finely chopped. Add all other ingredients and pulse until its well blended into a light purple.
